Epsom salt, or, as it is also called, Epsom salt, has a high content of magnesium and sulphate, necessary for the health of many systems of our body – regulation of cardiac function, blood pressure, intestinal work, muscle recovery. 5. Vanilla and coffee scrub

With local use, coffee and sugar can have a very positive effect on the skin condition. And in conclusion, we want to remind you of a few simpler, but no less important rituals for skin care. Be sure to wash before going to bed, at least once a week, do not make make-up, sleep at least 7-8 hours and do not miss the opportunity to take a nap during the day, even if only 20-30 minutes. And even regularly process your mobile phone and laptop keyboard with an antibacterial napkin – this will reduce the contamination of pores and protect against inflammation on the face. And finally, remember that beauty comes from within in many ways. Therefore, stay on course with a minimum of stress and a maximum of healthy and nutritious food.
